Infrastructure The plant has been set up with the aim to manufacture Structural Steel with backward integration at a cost of Rs.700 crores. In its endeavour to achieve effective utilisation of available resources, the company has set up an Integrated Steel Plant. This is located at Siltara Industrial Estate, Raipur, Chattisgarh on 250 acres of land. Its power requirement is fed by a 55 MW Captive Power Plant. Production capacity o 2,70,000 TPA of Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) o 3,35,000 TPA of Steel Blooms/Billets (SMS) o 3,50,00 TPA of Structural Steel & Rounds o 55 MW Power Generation through WHRB/AFBC Technology o Rolling Mills with a capacity to roll 3.50 Lac tonnes annually. o Power plants to produce 55 MW power for captive consumption. o Steel melting shop equipped with eight induction furnaces to give an output of 3.35 Lac Tonnes of Billets annually. o Kilns based DRI plant along with Material Handling systems to produce 2.70 Lacs of Direct Reduced Iron. o Continuous Caster. o Coal Washery of Matching Capacity Trading Activities We sell quality products of following companies of high repute:- a) Steel Authority of India Ltd.
